We are redefining the way support is provided for people with disabilities.We are on the hunt for those amazing individuals who are driven to see people supported to live life the way the client wants.Are you looking for a permanent part time job with a good pay rate and the satisfaction of helping others to be more independent?
This role will be located in the surrounding areas of Morrinsville and Matamata.

willing to walk alongside a client to complete tasks and encourage but not take over
providing support and encouragement to assist a client to advocate for themselves
advocate for your client
full driver's licence or restricted and ability to get full licence soon
cooking skills
patience
flexibility
great sense of humour
great communication skills
computer and phone app skills for admin
healthcare experience, not essential

This role will involve shift work which can be on any day during the week and on weekends, these shifts may be at any time of the day. This is a shift work job, you will be working shifts alongside clients and offers you the flexibility.
We are looking for heart and passion to work alongside people and to help them live their life.
