Hawke's Bay, New Zealand Craigmore Sustainable Property Services Ltd Full time

Are you seeking a new opportunity and looking to join a supportive and fun team who are passionate about supporting others?
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support and care for our seasonal workers (RSE workers, backpackers etc) from November 2024 to July 2025.
In addition to pastoral care support, this role will be responsible for tenancy service duties for our 145 bed accommodation facility in Ongaonga.
This position is a shared role and will be approximately 20 to 30 hours of work each week.
What we're looking for: Experience in a pastoral care role preferred, but training will be given.
Experience in property management and/or horticulture would be an advantage, but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships; understand and respect our diverse workforce.
Compassion, patience, and the ability to problem solve.
Great communication skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise, work independently, and deliver to tight deadlines.
Must be flexible on days and hours of work.
Must have a full drivers license and the ability to travel between Central Hawkes Bay and Hastings (company vehicle provided) and ability to have flexible work days and hours.
Must have at least a basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
This Fixed Term role is a challenging yet rewarding role providing support and care to individuals who are working away from home.
