With one of our fabulous Vets growing their family, Pet Doctors Palmerston North have an amazing opportunity for a Small Animal Vet to join our team on a Fixed Term November 2024 - July 2025.At Pet Doctors Palmerston North, we have a great team of Vets, experienced Nurses, and dedicated support staff you will work alongside. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of care and exceptional customer service. Our clinic cat, Blackie, keeps the dogs in line and is very good at fooling team members into believing she has not been fed.About the Role & Clinic:Part-time role - flexibility to discuss exact hours and days - Approx 20 hours per week + 1:4 Saturday - no Sundays, public holidays, or on-call.100% Small Animal – balance of consults and surgery.Working alongside an experienced team of Vets and Nurses.What's on offer:Generous Annual CPD allowance, paid study leave, and FREE access to our very own Veterinary Training Centre.Excellent salary – based on experience.Great staff benefits including fitness passport, staff discounts, and more.FLEXIBILITY around hours and days.What we are looking for:BVSc qualified (or equivalent) and registered, or eligible to register to practice in New Zealand.2+ years experience as a Small Animal Vet - comfortable with consults and routine surgery.NZ work rights required - Open to Vets on a Working Holiday visa.VetPartners is an equal opportunity employer and recognises that diversity is crucial to our success.
