You will operate and configure complex radio systems, diagnose issues at the operating system level, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our products and services.Key Responsibilities:Provide third-level technical support for complex radio terminals, systems, and infrastructure.Operate, configure, and troubleshoot DMR and P25 digital radios and systems.Deliver customer-focused solutions with a commitment to quality and efficiency.Lead and mentor other engineers to achieve team goals.Potential for after-hours on-call support and participation in international travel when necessary.Support other functional areas as required.O pukenga - About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have a degree, diploma, or certification in engineering (or equivalent industry experience).You will also bring:Experience with DMR and/or P25 Digital Radio Terminals configuration and support.Strong practical knowledge of radio systems, including RF system design and installation.A minimum of 5 years' experience with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) equipment, trunking systems, and/or simulcast systems.
Experience with over-the-air programming and radio re-keying (advantageous).Familiarity with ITIL Service Management principles (preferred).
