You have the opportunity to support other sectors within the Stantec business including Hydropower and Building Services.You will design infrastructure to keep pump stations and water and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) operational.
You will have the opportunity to design power reticulation, instrumentation and controls systems automation, network architecture, and conduct site visits to monitor construction activities.We seek to reduce our carbon footprint through innovative design solutions like "poop to power," harnessing the methane gasses produced at WWTP to power the plant facilities.Day-to-day tasks include:Enjoy working as a team, communicate well with others, and interact with clients.Perform field work related to construction activities as required.Perform basic calculations to analyze and design electrical system components using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software.Assist the team in preparing electrical designs, drawings, specifications, presentations, and reports, and gather information to support design decisions.
