Seeking a dynamic Clinical Care Home Manager with strong business acumen & leadership skills to lead a passionate team. M-F hours with ongoing support.About the positionAs a Care Home Manager, you will thrive in challenging situations and possess the ability to think outside the box. Your clinical, business, commercial, and health experience will drive you to constantly excel in your role. Working collaboratively with the Clinical Coordinator and Area Manager, you will motivate and engage your team members to consistently provide high standard quality care to residents with a strong focus on quality of life and independence. Within this site, you will be overseeing rest home, hospital, and secure dementia levels of care. Strive to continually improve the quality of this facility by safeguarding high standards of care.
