We've had an exciting opportunity arise due to an internal promotion within our business, and this team is now looking for an experienced strategy analyst to support the development, translation, coordination, and communication of the strategy, partnering with business leaders to develop robust strategic responses for Personal Banking, which includes Everyday Banking, Home Lending, KiwiSaver, Wealth, and Insurance.
You will play a key role in driving strategic change by applying your judgment and business acumen to ensure our Personal Banking strategy is aligned for maximum impact.
You will be involved in complex and transformative changes, making a tangible impact in one of New Zealand's top employers.
2 - 3 years' experience in strategic thinking and proven capability in strategy development in a consulting, professional services, large corporate, or blue-chip organisationStrategic thinking ability using strategy frameworks and toolsAble to analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and translate findings into strategic insightsProficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and proven stakeholder managementStrong business acumenTe mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB: In return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities.
