The Team Lead - Brand and Design is responsible for the day-to-day management and production of our brands and design work at RBNZ. Leading a small team of design specialists, the role works across the organisation to provide expert advice and guidance, and deliver high quality, engaging design for a range of internal and external channels. In this role, you'll be working on both leadership and operational objectives, and are expected to be hands-on producing design as well as managing the work pipeline and supporting processes. O pukenga - About you We're looking for someone who has a flair for design, is results focused, has a high level of attention to detail and ideally has experience leading a small team. You'll also be the kind of person who thrives on building great relationships with stakeholders and is passionate about delivering quality communication initiatives.
