Our client is a specialist commercial and property law firm known for delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions with a highly experienced and collaborative team.
The Role Reporting to a Senior Partner, you'll be part of a high-performing team, working with private and commercial clients across a broad range of property and business transactions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing client relationships and overseeing transactions involving property purchases, sales, developments, businesses, and lease agreements.Handling commercial property transactions from pre-contract through to post-settlement, including subdivisions.Advising on business sales and purchases, company structures, and mergers & acquisitions.Ensuring key performance targets are met, including billable hours.Providing high-level support to Partners and assisting with complex legal matters.About You You are an experienced and confident Legal Executive who:
Has 4+ years of experience in commercial property law or a strong general practice background with exposure to leasing, franchise agreements, and residential conveyancing.Is a capable fee earner who can manage transactions with confidence.Thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys mentoring or sharing knowledge.Has excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.What's in it for You?
