You will coordinate maintenance procedures for the NZ region and ensure that people and resources are applied efficiently and effectively to meet delivery requirements while adhering to quality and safety standards along with providing guidance and delegating work to the NZ Maintenance Team and work collaboratively with the Asset Manager and Fleet Specialist to ensure all systems are working optimally.Supporting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day management of the Maintenance function, the Maintenance Engineer Lead oversees a group of team members, ensuring efficient operation to achieve business objectives.
You provide leadership to the team, coordinate workloads, support team delivery, monitor issues, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met to satisfy customer requirements along with continuous development of the team by focusing on individual performance and support needs to achieve high standards while fostering a culture of working safely.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the Maintenance team and coordinate maintenance procedures for the NZ region.Ensure efficient application of people and resources to meet delivery requirements.Provide guidance and delegate work to the NZ Maintenance Team.Collaborate with the Asset Manager and Fleet Specialist to ensure optimal system performance.Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day management of the Maintenance function.Monitor issues and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.Focus on individual performance and support needs for team development.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or qualification in computer, electrical, mechanical, or related fields is desirable or equivalent experience.Proven experience managing teams.Professional certifications in maintenance management or leadership (e.g.
CMRP, PMP, etc.)
are desirable.Strong technical experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.Excellent project management skills, including organizing and documenting work.Proficiency with maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.
