Due to increased demand, our client seeks an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead projects and expand their growing business. With several major projects in Auckland, they are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to manage these projects from inception to handover and to enhance the firm's presence in Auckland.Lead project teams to deliver outstanding results for clientsPartner with clients, understand their needs and deliver solutions.Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Understand project risks and overcome challenges to ensure project success.Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.About you:You will be an experienced Senior Project Manager in construction consulting, ready to advance into a leadership role with a highly reputable company. Ideally you will also have following:Minimum 7 years' experience in consulting and project deliver, particularly large-scale property projectsTrack record of successful management of projects (25M+)Extensive network and strong relationships within the Auckland construction and property marketExcellent leadership and team management skillsExceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risksStrong financial acumen, experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAbout the company:Our client is a specialist Project Management consultancy with eight offices nationwide.
