If you've ever considered stepping into this role or are looking for a fresh challenge, now is your chance This position is 0.8FTE and the successful applicant will only be working in our kura.To be considered, applicants should be experienced teachers with the following skills:Proven experience in supporting students with learning needs in the classroom.A strong understanding of the learning support system and action plan priorities.Capacity to engage with middle Leaders, Senior Leadership Team and Kahui Ako.A deep commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Ability to collaboratively develop programmes with Kaiako and kaiawhina.Flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of individual students and our kura.Experience working with various agencies to ensure students have access to necessary internal and external services.Capability to support Kaiako in enhancing their teaching practices.Excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills.A current practicing certificate and relevant teaching qualification.Adherence to professional standards relevant to your position.We encourage applications from individuals with leadership experience or those who possess potential leadership skills but have yet to hold formal leadership roles.
