Tahunanui Kindergarten is seeking an inspiring and dedicated kaiako or current leader to join our team as Curriculum Lead, supporting our head teacher in our two-whare kindergarten. We are looking for someone who is energetic, passionate, caring, and self-motivated, with strong initiative and a commitment to nurturing the learning and growth of young tamariki.

About the role:
As the curriculum lead, you will take an active role in shaping the educational programme, supporting the head teacher in day-to-day leadership, and driving curriculum development across our learning community.
What we're looking for:
A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a desire to integrate Te Ao Maori into our learning environment.
A passionate kaiako with a love for teaching tamariki.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A team player with the initiative to inspire and support others.
