This Human Resources Advisor opportunity forms part of our Energy & Utilities business unit.This is a unique opportunity suited to a committed and robust individual with experience working within a multi-facetted operational environment.
The primary focus is to support the development and maintenance of a productive and safe working environment whilst achieving desired people outcomes.Reporting to the People & Culture Manager ANZ – Telco, this role will focus on providing strategic advice whilst assisting with the coaching & development of individuals, resulting in improved capability and utilisation of our learning resources.
You will be given the opportunity to support P&C matters across the Telco, Water & Energy portfolio.What You'll DoOperate as a first point of contact for supervisors and line managers nationally.Provide quality and timely guidance and support that is in line with statutory requirements, Downer NZ people frameworks and meets the needs of internal clients and stakeholders.Create, develop and maintain a positive workplace culture within the E&U NZ business.What We OfferMultiple office locations, work from home and flexible workingMentoring, leadership and female development programs available.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with a strong focus on building positive mental health.Energy & Utilities have a dedicated internal mobility team focused on internal progression and succession identification and thorough redeployment opportunities where appropriate.
