Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whānau-centred care, and excellence.Mō te tūranga / About the roleWe are seeking a General Medicine Physician with a subspecialty in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our multidisciplinary Medicine Services team.Duties will include outpatient sessions, Rotorua and Taupo hospital inpatient care, Endocrinology and Diabetes investigations/procedures and on-call duties as per the physician's roster.You will also have the chance to liaise closely with junior medical staff and advise on assessment, investigation and treatment approach to patients.Mō koe / About youBe willing and able to do both Endocrinology and Diabetes.Have an energetic approach to work and is self-motivated.You must be eligible for Specialist Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.Mō Tātou | About usHealth New Zealand |Te Whatu Ora Lakes provides healthcare from its two modern and progressive general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, New Zealand.
