These are all permanent part-time positions.The days and hours of these positions are: Position 1: Wednesday 4pm-8pm and Saturday 4pm-10pm Position 2: Tuesday 4pm-8pm and Saturday 10am-6pm Please include your availability and preferred position in your application.About us and what we offer:New World Durham Street is Christchurch's Next Level supermarket experience, offering the latest in supermarket design and features and we are proudly locally owned and operated This position offers a great store culture and fun team environment and the opportunity to further develop customer service, team work and organisation and prioritisation skills as well as food preparation and cooking knowledge and skills. Your day to day:Delivering outstanding customer service and having a good understanding and knowledge of our productsWorking in a team environment to prepare amazing recipes and cook delicious food for our serve over – full training is providedServing customers across our fresh food serve overs including Service Deli, Seafood and ButcheryFollowing all Food Safety and Health and Safety processes to a high standardDoing varying tasks which may include: cleaning to a high standard, completing Food Safety records, temperature checking and maintaining a great personal hygiene. What we need from you:A commitment to excellent customer serviceFlexibility to help out and work extra hours and daysThe ability to make delicious food and have great food presentation Open communication and team building skillsA positive approach to your dayFantastic organisation and resilience and the ability to prioritise tasksA great work ethicSo go on – show us how your passion and personality are the perfect fit to deliver an amazing Service Deli and Seafood offer for our customersPlease include your availability, work experience and fill in all parts of the application.
