Our success is dependent on hiring top Client Services Directors who work hard, earn well and are obsessed with the idea of having an impact on making the world a better place to live in.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Director to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of 50-80 clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our platform.
This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our supplier network.
Client Diectors at ArchiPro are responsible for driving growth and top-line revenue while upholding the goal of every ArchiPro customer connection — delivering a great customer experience.
This work includes strategic account planning, account development, relationship management, and platform and advertising performance management.
You'll work with business and technical teams across ArchiPro, including those in Advertising, Marketing, Platform and Product, collaborating to solve client problems and ensure success for ArchiPro and its customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and liaison between Archipro and our clients.
Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Develop tailored strategies for each client to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform, including marketing initiatives, content creation, and promotional activities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with Archipro's strategic objectives and financial targets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities that enable clear, concise, and compelling interactions across diverse client profiles.
Demonstrated skill in translating complex digital marketing and platform concepts into easily understandable language.
Strong ability to construct persuasive narratives that highlight the value proposition of ArchiPro's services.
Adept at tailoring communication style to different client needs, from technical deep-dives to high-level strategic discussions. Demonstrated understanding of advertising and digital marketing, comfortable with digital platforms and self-service models, data analysis skill and a tech-savvy approach to client management.

Requirements Proven Experience in Advertising and Media: Over 10 years of experience in advertising and media sales, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
Proven Experience in Business Development: Minimum of 10 years in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills: Ability to develop and execute innovative content strategies to attract and integrate new clients into a dynamic marketplace.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges, to better align strategies with potential suppliers' realities.
Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
