Your talent is critical to help us build and develop our QA practice. We are in a growth mode and are looking for senior leaders and test managers to join us to manage projects and people. You will explore project opportunities, build and implement test strategies, and lead a team of testers to deliver quality results for our customers. You will leverage your experience as a test manager to create and implement effective test plans/approaches that will meet the needs of the customer within the constraints of schedules and budgets. You will understand the role that automation can play to enhance an effective test strategy. To perform optimally, you will need a strong background in testing lifecycles, test engagement models, good QA practices, test/defect management tool usage, reporting, and presenting to executive levels. Great What skills do I need? Manual Testing: Perform detailed manual testing of PeopleSoft modules such as Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) to ensure they meet functional, performance, and reliability standards. Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar. Test Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, based on functional and technical requirements. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Reporting: Generate and analyze test reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Requirements Qualifications: Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies. Extensive experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules such as FSCM. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Agile squads, test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Benefits Why join us here at Datacom?
