As a fellow Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving excellence in financial reporting.Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.Provide insightful financial recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.Financial Reporting and Compliance:Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports.Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Team Leadership and Development:Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Drive collaboration and effective communication within the finance department and across the organization.Risk Management:Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's financial health.Implement robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.Client Engagement:Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial advice.Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance the firm's reputation and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in accountingProfessional accounting qualifications (CA or CPA)Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a professional services firm.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Professional development opportunities and financial support for continuing education.Flexible work schedule and options for remote work.Generous vacation and paid time off policies.Company-sponsored social events and team-building activities.We know good people know good people...
