The opportunity:
We are looking for someone to join our Butchery department as we are looking to expand our department. It will require courage, commitment and attention to detail to ensure everything we do is best in class. You will be given scope to try new things and do things differently to ensure we deliver to the needs of our customers in everything we do
Overall accountabilities:
To assist in the day-to-day running of the Butchery department, ensuring that maximum range, and sufficient quantity of high-quality fresh meat is available for sale at the correct price at all times during opening hours as well as keeping the department clean, tidy and attractively presented.
A successful applicant will have but not limited to:
* A huge passion for food
* Butchery trade qualification
* Previous butchery experience
* Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Good basic math skills

Rostered hours available:
Tuesday to Saturday 6am- 2:30pm

This position requires someone who is prepared to work a variety of shifts depending on the needs of the business as well as at least one weekend-day.
