About The Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist – Emergency Department (ED) to join our dynamic team.
This is a fixed-term, part-time role where you will play a vital role in delivering expert care and leadership within the ED.
You Will Deliver advanced clinical expertise in emergency nursing to enhance patient outcomes.
Act as a resource and provide education for the ED nursing team, wider clinical teams, and patients/whanau.
Lead or contribute to service improvement initiatives within the ED.

The ED team works together to respond to a wide range of health emergencies, and the CNS role is critical in driving clinical excellence and innovation within this challenging and rewarding environment.
About You We're looking for a senior nurse with: Significant emergency nursing experience and advanced clinical practice skills.
Proven teaching and mentoring abilities to support clinical teams.
A post-graduate qualification (or working toward) in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and service development.
