As we continue to grow our online presence, we're looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us engage and entertain our 50K+ followers with captivating content.We're passionate about connecting with our audience on social media platforms, particularly TikTok, where creativity knows no bounds.As a Content Creator at KARL Mission, you'll be at the forefront of our social media strategy, responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and publishing engaging content on our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.You'll have the creative freedom to develop innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience while staying true to our brand identity and values.Primary responsibilities:Comfortable being on camera and having a presence on our social media channels.Brainstorming and pitching creative content ideas with the team, ensuring they align with our brand, resonate with our social media users, as well as align with broader marketing initiatives and objectives.Staying up-to-date with social media trends, challenges, and features to leverage in content creation.Planning and scheduling content in advance to ensure a consistent posting schedule.Working closely with our video editor to ensure high-quality content production.Engaging with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community.Be comfortable handling public relations (PR) aspects related to content creation, including engaging with influencers, managing partnerships, and handling potentially stressful situations.May be required to travel for work related to the content creation role.Analyzing performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategy and drive engagement and growth.Have an understanding of what we do (digital marketing strategies and tech related to conversion rate optimization, data analytics, SEO, web, social media, and design).
