You must have the capacity to build and maintaineffective relationships across iwi, government, and community with a high level of personal integrityand reliability.This person must:always work to uphold the mana and dignity of whanau and families, and their whakapapa,often in the face of systems that undermine their integrityencourage whanau to acknowledge their strengths and realize their resources and hopeswork intentionally to grow the professional excellence of everyone in our teamJust as we want whanau and families to be at their best, we want all our staff to be at their verybest.
