This role is a great senior opportunity to work with well-known brands and build on your skills and experiences to deliver great results for our customersIn this role, you will:Develop and implement a winning strategy for Jeds.Manage all marketing activities including advertising creative and media planning, BTL activation & brand experiences, packaging, innovation projects, and NPDs.Maintain relationships with local media and brand agencies.Manage the marketing budget for Jeds.Manage ESG initiatives from sourcing to local charity partnership.Understand brand performance through key metrics such as sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity, and adjust brand plans accordingly.QualificationsFor this role as an experienced Brand Manager, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:You have a bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing.7+ years previous experience in Brand Manager roles, ideally for other well-known brands within FMCG.You have proven experience in delivering successful brand and category strategies.You have a passion for coffee and feel connected to our brands.You have excellent stakeholder management skills – both internal and external.You can manage a wide range of projects and tasks at the same time.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?Work with some industry-leading brands.Enjoy half a day off on your birthday.Summertime hours - 3pm finish on Fridays.Delicious coffee and tea on-site and quarterly free staff parcels including a range of our coffee and tea brands.Career development opportunities within our company.
