The remuneration range for this role is $155,585 to $219,650 (including KiwiSaver).
Ideally, we would look to recruit between $155,585 - $183.41 depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity As the Head of Programme Practice you will provide effective portfolio, programme and project controls on the Wellington Water Capital Programme to ensure that agreed outputs, objectives and customer outcomes are delivered in line with Wellington Water's delivery plan.
You will get to: Lead your team to establish and maintain a best practice set of project disciplines Influence and lead change at every level of the organisation Establish frameworks and standards that align with our panels and teams Forecast and report financial performance of the work programme Manage risk across the investment programme at portfolio level.
About you To be successful in this role you will bring: Proven experience of working in a collective and collaborative leadership environment Chartered Engineer or other relevant tertiary qualification Ten or more years in leading complex projects preferably in the construction or infrastructure industries A deep understanding of capital investment programme delivery Experience in leading teams of professional technical people and experts Strong skills in financial management including analysis, forecasting budgeting and reporting.
