Processing timesheets, ensuring that hours do not exceed client eligibility and that timesheets are processed accurately.Creating the direct credit schedule and sending it to the bank using PC Banking.Adding new employees to payroll ensuring all information is entered correctly.Update and maintain holiday and sick pay records.Process various requests for earnings details (WINZ, IRD, ACC etc.
).Filing all payroll records in employee files.Answer all payroll related queries for the assigned areas, including holiday pay calculation queries and timesheet issues.This role is a full-time Fixed Term position based in Palmerston North until December 2025.
