Mo te turanga mahi | About the role

As a Corporate Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing employee travel bookings at ACC.
Working proactively and autonomously, this role provides specialist advice and manages end to end travel arrangements from across the organisation.
This role reports to the Corporate Travel Lead and has an on-call element.
From time to time there is a requirement to provide travel support, advice and coordination of activities outside of business hours.
This is provided on a rostered basis of week on/week off.

Key responsibilities include: Be the point of contact for travel enquiries and issues and provide advice and solutions to all levels of ACC, including senior leadership; act as a subject matter expert for travel associated queries.Ensure that the travel options and plans are the best value for money and comply with ACC's policies and processes.Manage and monitor the shared travel inbox in an efficient and timely manner.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Support the Corporate Travel Lead to manage the overall travel programme by tracking and monitoring issues to resolution, supporting with reporting, contract management and data analysis, assisting with policy updates and business communication, and escalating to the Corporate Travel Lead as required.Resilience is essential in this role, as you will need to handle challenging situations and navigate through them effectively.
This role offers a great opportunity to expand on your experience and continue to develop, as you will be exposed to various aspects of our operations.

This is a permanent, Wellington based role.

The base salary range for this role is $63,696 - $89,923 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities.
ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

You may come from a broader business administration role and have a keen interest in the busy and dynamic nature of this role.
You'll enjoy working in a close-knit team, that strives to provide a high level of service and an organised and efficient travel function.
A working background in a similar travel related role and/or experience working with online travel booking tools would be helpful but is not essential.

We'll be looking for: Demonstrated experience managing high-volume and complex requests from customers and working knowledge of best practice administration practices.Ability to remain calm under pressure, with exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills.Proactive approach, sound judgment and sound business nous.Strong interpersonal skills; an ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation.Good technical ability with strong skills in Excel; an ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.Nga Hua Mahi ki ACC | Benefits of working at ACC
