Rimkus experts specialise in forensic consulting, dispute resolution and construction management services, solutions for the built environment, and human factors support for the consumer, industrial, and healthcare industries.Rimkus is expanding its Asia-Pacific operations, and we are recruiting a Delay Consultant in Auckland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to progress their career within Planning & Delay Analysis.The roleIn this role, you will support the team by providing delay consulting services across various business areas, including dispute resolution, claims, and project advisory services.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop project schedules and cost plans from diverse client data, designs, and tender documentation.Update schedules, preparing client progress reports, and improving project plans and controls.Manage cost controls, cashflows, earned value, and performance reporting.Conduct schedule risk analysis and advising on risk management strategies.Support clients in managing project documents, designs, resources, and equipment through resource-loaded schedules.Create compelling tender submissions and quotes for clients.Produce insightful visual reports from project data to aid decision-making.Share expertise by presenting at conferences and industry events.Assist in carrying out delay analysis on claims and formal disputes.Support our Delay Experts with drafting sections of expert reports.Our Requirements3-5 years professional experience in Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls or Claims Consulting.Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Project Management or related subject.Proficient user of P6.Excellent command of MS office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI).An analytical and problem-solving approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to draw clear, concise conclusions and communicate these conclusions to a high standard.Join Rimkus and unlock your potential with endless opportunities for growth, learning, and making a differencePlease send your CV and covering letter to Danyelle Hines at ****** if you would like a confidential chat before applying, please get in contact via email to arrange an appointment.At Rimkus, we value a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
