Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) Full timeAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to join the team at Xplosiv supplements' in our New Lynn, Auckland location. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from managing staff and inventory to driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.What you'll be doingLead, motivate and develop a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer serviceManage all store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and loss preventionAnalyse sales data and develop strategies to maximise store performance and profitabilityEnsure the store environment is well-maintained, clean and organised at all timesCommunicate effectively with regional and head office teams to provide updates and seek supportIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the customer experienceFoster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with the company's valuesWhat we're looking forMinimum 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the health and fitness or supplement industryStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholdersDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvementProficient in analysing sales data and using insights to develop and implement effective strategiesPassionate about the health and fitness industry and committed to providing an exceptional customer experienceWhat we offerAt Xplosiv supplements', we are dedicated to supporting our employees' growth and development.
