To learn more, visit are looking for a Conversion Process Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Hamilton.
This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with strong technical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
You'll play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring quality production, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance:
Champion workplace safety, conducting risk assessments and implementing improvements to enhance equipment and procedures.Production Optimization:
Ensure efficient, high-quality production by optimizing process settings and implementing Standard Operating Conditions (SOC).Troubleshoot technical issues and support operators in problem-solving and machine operation.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.Process & Product Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement projects, including new product introductions, machinery upgrades, and process development.Lead and participate in trials for new or modified products, analyzing results and refining processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and development teams to implement solutions.What are we looking forA technical expert with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.Strong analytical mindset with experience in process troubleshooting and optimization.Willingness to travel occasionally, including overseas assignments.Requisition id: 49248
