Are you looking for a new challenge for 2025?I'm currently in conversations with a main contractor who is in the process of securing some commercial projects over in the Hawkes Bay that they will need an experienced Project/Site Manager to deliver.My client is seeking a skilled Project/Site Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered to programme and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires solid knowledge of construction practices, excellent leadership abilities, and familiarity with contractual requirements and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, manage, and deliver projects to programme and within budget constraintsUtilize a strong background in construction trades to effectively oversee site operationsRead and interpret plans across various disciplines to ensure accurate project executionLead and coordinate the wider project site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaborationImplement and maintain construction health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environmentDocument progress reports, safety audits, and commercial reports to track project milestones and complianceUnderstand and adhere to NZS 3610 and NZS 3916 contractual requirements throughout project lifecycleWork closely with territorial authorities from consenting stages through to obtaining CPU and CCCSalary: $100,000 to $140,000 + Vehicle depending on experienceIf this sounds like a great opportunity for you, please contact Oliver directly or apply via the advert.Application Questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?Do you have experience delivering Commercial Construction projects?
