Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Biomedical ScienceDo you have a PhD in Biomedical Science or a closely related field such as immunology or microbiology?Are you motivated by a passion for Biomedical Science and committed to providing high-quality research and teaching?Have you got excellent teaching skills, with experience such as lecturing, leading tutorials, or the delivery of laboratory classes?Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Pukenga - Lecturer or Pukenga Matua - Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Science, particularly in areas such as immunology and/or microbiology.
This is a permanent, full-time position.The appointee will be involved in developing, administering, and teaching into our undergraduate and postgraduate biomedical courses.
There will be an expectation to contribute to grow our biomedical programme, as well as supervise postgraduate students.
A desire to establish or maintain a research programme, attract external research funding, and foster collaborative research environments is expected.
