Clinical Lead Nurse – Care / Nursing Home
MUST HAVE CURRENT EXPERIENCE AS A CLINICAL LEAD

Location: Huyton (Must be living in the UK)
Position: Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified)
Hours: Full time
12 Hour Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability.
Salary: up to £21.12 per hour / £48,322 per year (based on 44 hours)
Contract: Permanent (12-hour shifts & Weekends on a rota basis)

Responsibilities of the Role:
Managing the nursing and wider team across the home
Rota planning, Audits and working alongside the relevant authorities.
Promote independence and choice through developing relationships with the residents and ensuring that physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Work within the guidelines of the CQC and ensure that their key lines of enquiry are met on a daily basis.
Offer support to guide and teach others in line with NMC code at all times.
Ensure that medication is received, stored, administered, and ordered in line with legislation and company policy.
Person Specification:
Have a live, valid NMC PIN
Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills.
You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest.
