Come join us.The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our dynamic SMB Team.
The SMB team is dedicated to developing a world-leading, Cloud-based access control and alarm management system, with a strong focus on collaboration and delivering continuous improvements and new features through Agile practices.
We value progress over perfection and prioritise innovation and customer satisfaction to drive our success.The FitIn this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the software quality of our products, working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
You will have the opportunity to write test cases, conduct manual testing, and script automated tests to ensure that the product meets project requirements and market standards.
Your ability to identify and document anomalies clearly will help both management and developers address challenges efficiently.We place great value on team culture, so a strong team fit is essential.
We're seeking a local Hamilton applicant who thrives in an office environment, enjoys working closely with colleagues, and values the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere.
To succeed in this role, you'll also need:A tertiary qualification in computing with certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+, and ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Test Analyst.2-5 years of testing experience in an agile team environment (Scrum/Kanban) alongside developers.To be proficient in writing and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to document processes, problems, and test cases clearly and concisely.Why Gallagher?At Gallagher, we foster a supportive and family-friendly work environment, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of everything we do.
