Mo te tunga | About the role The primary purpose of this role will be to develop workplace qualifications and assessment resources to enhance workforce capabilities and collect and analyse data to inform continuous improvement.
Responsibilities will include:
Removing barriers to assessment.Ensuring qualifications and assessment resources are current and aligned to Ara Poutama's vision.Co-designing qualifications with subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders.Using data and insights gathered from assessments and evaluations to inform decision-making and enhance overall capability.You will also work closely with the Moderation team, National Managers, and external bodies for accreditation to strengthen practice and capability.
Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification or diploma in adult learning, business, or other relevant subjects, or relevant experience in a similar role.
You will also have completed the following Unit Standards, or have a willingness to gain these:

The mid-point of the salary range is $87,132 and the full range (85%-120%) is $74,063 - $104,559.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
