In this supported yet highly autonomous role, you will deliver training programs (first aid, CPR, mental health etc.), as well as health screening services across the region (and you may be required to work outside the region to provide cover for other regions).You will be working a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours per fortnight, and flexibility in work hours is essential. Travel to and from client sites is a key component of the role, and you may be required to work up to two Saturdays a month. Early starts and late finishes are at times necessary to meet client needs, and you may have to stay overnight when travelling longer distances.You will be allocated a company vehicle for work purposes which you take home each night, as well as the usual "tools of the trade" including a mobile phone, tablet/laptop, and all required equipment.You must be highly organised and keep to time to ensure the client receives the highest level of service and be able to maintain accurate documentation and data management to ensure we meet our NZQA and client requirements.Our team comprises health professionals from various disciplines: Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Exercise Physiologists, Paramedics, overseas Dentists, recent health science graduates, and moreTo be considered you will have:The right to work in New Zealand nowA current New Zealand Driver's LicenceThe flexibility to travel, work Saturdays, do early starts and late finishes, and stay overnight from time to timeA relevant tertiary qualificationA first aid certificateA passion for people and preventative health careThe ability to deliver health education in a manner that is engaging and interactiveA high level of organisational ability with attention to detailThe ability to manage pressure and tight deadlinesExtensive ongoing training and achievement of unit standards/qualificationsAn annual salary of $65,000 + overtime at time and a half after 40 hours workedAn Employee Assistance Program (EAP), staff discounts, and an annual wellness benefitA positive, fun, and passionate work environment where we want our people to thrive through support and developmentAbout the Company:Life Care Consultants provides first aid training and health screening services to clients across New Zealand.
