This is a permanent, part-time role (Sunday shift only) with a competitive hourly rate and great employee benefits.
Your role goes beyond crafting top-quality coffee—you'll be an essential part of our Front of House team, ensuring a fantastic customer experience.Your day-to-day will include:Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beveragesMonitoring barista/counter stock (cups, cutlery, plates) to keep service running smoothlyPreparing and presenting counter food itemsEngaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring outstanding serviceMaintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standardsAssisting the kitchen team if requiredWho You AreWe're looking for someone who brings:Barista experience – your rate will reflect your skill levelCafé experience – comfortable in a fast-paced environmentPassion for food & coffee – knowledgeable and enthusiasticCustomer-first focus – delivering exceptional service with a smileStrong communication skills – able to work efficiently in a small teamFront of House all-rounder – happy to take orders, operate the POS, and assist wherever neededWeekend availability – able to work Sundays and peak trading periodsWest Auckland resident – ideally located for an easy commute to New LynnWhat's Next?If you love coffee, thrive in a buzzing café, and enjoy making people's day, we'd love to hear from you
