The Job We are looking for a junior-intermediate creative motion designer who has a focus on 3D but also can do 2D. You will know how to pull together beautiful motion language. You will be joining our 6 person creative crew who work closely with the senior creatives to ideate, animate & execute broadcast graphics to a high level. We are a high performing team and we want you to bring you're A Game. Your main focus will be supporting our 3D motion lead who works on big and beautiful title sequences. He also needs support in AR studio gfx and style frames for exciting new opportunities. You will be a collaborative supportive duo You'll possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to challenge, prioritize and deliver in the most effective and efficient way. You also will have a passion for storytelling with a desire to push boundaries and construct well considered, appropriate, moving creative. We strive to bring originality to all our work. The role is multi-faceted, fast-paced and requires a initiative and intelligence as we work across multiple sectors and creative disciplines. Who we're looking for A talented motion designer with 1-2+ years of agency or in-house experience who can bring flare and prowess to how things are animated.3D primarily but a great 2D artist tooWe use Cinema4D and RedshiftThe Adobe Suite is your friend. Particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and IllustratorHave a grounding in design and studied Design & Motion for more than 1 yearHave knowledge of the post production pipelineYou're fascinated by brands and how they market themselves through visual content.You're passionate about motion design and aware of the latest trends and innovations.Full-time at least 4 days a week in the office.  About you Someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment.Be a strong, empathetic communicator; building trusted relationships with both the wider team.Have strong diplomacy skills with a clear sense of confidentiality and sensitivity to boundaries.Be efficient and able to adapt to processes and systems easily.Have strong organizational and time management skills.Be able to work through complex and multiple work streams.Be approachable, transparent and a friendly person.Apply a rigorous attention to detail.Think technically and strategically where relevant.Be passionate, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
