Reporting to the StrategicFinance Director, you will provide guidance to the establishment of acentralised strategic platform and drive ongoing "strategy as usual" processesacross all RBD divisions and functions.

What we can offer: Workingwith internationally recognised brands Greatteam to work with both in NZ and with the Divisional leads from Australia,California and Hawaii Freecar park, plus the Ellerslie train station is located only 2-minute walkaway Competitivesalary and discretionary annual bonus based on company performance GroupDiscounted Health Scheme Activeon-site social club Specific responsibilities for this role include: Collaboratewith leaders in all divisions and functions to understand priorities andsupport alignment of strategic objectives Participatein the design of suitable performance measures and KPI's Managethe strategic execution platform and provide regular support to users Designand provide insightful reporting and dashboards to communicate outcomes tosenior management Executebusiness projects as required Developrelevant competitor analysis to track RBD performance across the market Identify,communicate and action improvement opportunities Participatesin creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Skills and Experience required: Bachelor'sdegree in accounting/finance/commerce Aminimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-national/multi-divisionalcorporate Proventrack record of enterprise project management and execution Successin process rollout and improvement Experiencein a corporate strategy team an advantage Strongstakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsof the business, particularly with operational stakeholders Commerciallyastute with strong business acumen and decision-making skills Self-motivated,solution-focused problem solver Highlyresilient with strong learning agility and problem-solving skills tothrive in a fast-paced changing environment Please submit your application asap as we will be reviewingapplications as they are received.
