We're a dynamic team of 30 visionaries (and counting), each contributing to our rapid expansion in the global EV charging industry.What you'll do:Lead project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, risks, and quality to ensure successful outcomes for customers across New Zealand and Australia.Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and energy distributors, to align deliverables and maintain strong working relationships.Oversee installation and commissioning activities, providing on-site support and ensuring projects meet specifications.Develop and refine project processes, documentation, and risk management systems to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.Capture and share insights, distilling learnings from each project to inform future initiatives and contribute to case studies.Support project development activities, relationship building and documentation.What you'll bring:Proven expertise in project management with a track record of delivering complex, multistakeholder projects on time and within budget.Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.Agile problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and provide proactive solutions to overcome challenges in fast-paced environments.Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate plans, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences.Relevant qualifications and industry experience, ideally with a background in EV infrastructure, electrical systems, or high-voltage projects.What Awaits You:Embark on an exhilarating journey with Kwetta, a company at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) charging revolution, located in the vibrant city of Napier.
