Miles Continental Volkswagen itself is an award-winning dealership and has been supporting local Cantabrians with their vehicle needs for over 25 years.About the roleAs a Vehicle Sales Specialist within our busy team, you'll be involved with selling the latest models from Volkswagen's range, from tried-and-tested petrol and diesel cars to the latest in fully electric vehicles, along with our quality pre-owned vehicle range.
You'll have the direct support of finance specialists along with our wider team of professionals and will be based at our Volkswagen showroom in Christchurch, a short walk to the central city precinct.The successful candidate will receive:Support and guidance to maximise your ability to achieve your personal potentialUse of company vehicles along with a fuel card, plus a phone call and data planA competitive retainer and commission-based payment structureYou'll be working alongside our management, sales, finance, admin, and marketing teams to help deliver a level of service to our customers that is second-to-none.Key Responsibilities:A passion for customer service and excellent communication skillsThe drive and motivation to achieve your personal and business goalsSuperb sales skills and a natural ability to build long-term customer relationshipsAn ability to use lead management tools and an understanding of their importance to our businessPrevious industry and/or sales experience would be an advantage but not essential as training and support will be provided.
