ECE Assistant Manager / 2IC | Busy Bees Te KauwhataAre you ready to take the next step in your ECE career?
We are searching for an exceptional kaiako to step into the role of Assistant Manager at Busy Bees Te Kauwhata Collaborating closely with the Centre Manager, you will provide invaluable support, demonstrating a strong presence on the floor, offering mentorship, coaching, and role modelling outstanding teaching practices to the team.
This position requires the ability to forge positive community connections, assist in compliance management, and contribute to sustaining and growing our enrolment levels will be an integral part of this role. As a fully registered ECE Teacher you will be a natural leader and will be instrumental in helping to lead, develop and inspire a team of talented teachers. Our philosophy is grounded in the values of manaakitanga and aroha and we pride ourselves on creating a safe, loving and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
