You'll ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, while also supporting the professional growth of your team.Your role will involve:Supervising and participating in the maintenance and repair of railway structuresEnsuring work is planned and executed efficientlyTaking immediate action to address defects or hazardsMaintaining accurate records and documentationSupporting compliance reporting by providing data and reportsPromoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work follows KiwiRail's safety standards*This role may require travel and occasional overnight stays, and you'll be expected to be available for call-outs when necessary*Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | What you will bringWe're looking for a strong team leader who can motivate others and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
