Key deliverables include building and calibrating stormwater models, managing external contracts, identifying network issues, and supporting strategic planning and development control.As a technical lead, you will mentor team members, provide guidance on flood risk and network performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires expertise in hydraulic modelling, project management, and a strong commitment to collaboration, innovation, and safety.This is an opportunity for someone at the intermediate level or already be at a senior level.Key Highlights:Develop and maintain drainage waters hydraulic models to inform network planning and operational decisions.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance in modelling and flood risk analysis.Champion continuous improvement, safety, and collaborative practices to enhance team and organizational performance.
