A fixed-term position has become available for a registered teacher to join our wonderful, unique centre in Upper Hutt.
This role has the potential to become permanent.
William Booth Educare is a small and homely centre catering for up to 33 tamariki, including five under twos.
We value quality care, great ratios, focus on supporting our families with community services, and continuous improvement.
You will be joining a kind, caring and empathetic team who are dedicated to a relationship-focused approach to teaching and learning.
We believe that our tamariki are masters of learning through free-play, whilst we support their autonomy to explore, learn and grow through intentional teaching practices and programmes in a spacious, well-prepared environment with an enormous, natural outdoor play space.

This role is fixed-term and full time for 13 months, from the beginning of June 2025 until the end of June 2026, and hours worked will be 40 per week (Negotiable for the right candidate).
The starting salary for this role is within the full pay parity scale ranging from $57,358 to $96,820 per annum.
