You should have:Previous experience in traffic management, ideally with supervisory experience, to confidently guide teams and manage operations.A safety-first mindset, ensuring your team is always working in safe and compliant conditions.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage conflicting priorities with ease.A strong work ethic with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality service.A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technology, as we pride ourselves on using industry-leading platforms and systems management.You will be working 5 days a week, with occasional weekends as needed to support your team.
