The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist will:Apply extensive technical knowledge of cloud technology and infrastructure to develop and deploy hybrid/multi-cloud solutions aligned with business objectives and security requirements.Plan and execute migration of infrastructure from on-premise servers to the cloud and implement security controls.Build and maintain auditing and reporting tools that provide information on the current and historical status of infrastructure.Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) and perform production engagements on the demo cloud.Monitor the performance through various APM / Cloud analytics tools to ensure infrastructure workload runs in high performance without errors.Ensure that the proposed solution is feasible from multiple perspectives in the areas of ease of migration, affordability, and security.Define business requirements by liaising with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.Advise stakeholders on industry trends and how new technologies can be leveraged to meet business objectives.Translate high-level technical requirements into infrastructure changes.Define scope and feasibility of projects.Design cloud infrastructure components in accordance with approved guidelines.Recommend design improvements across areas such as cost savings, security, ease of use, and reliability.Identify key issues and priorities.Develop plans to ensure successful recovery of operating systems during disaster.Prepare detailed architectural and installation plans.Implement cloud solutions and technology, developing plans to monitor and administer cloud management platform and associated tools.Set up system-monitoring tools.Perform capacity and performance management analysis.Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance with audit requirements and qualifications.Provide ongoing support to users of cloud services and respond to incident tickets to troubleshoot and resolve problems with cloud solutions.Participate in cloud audits and metric collection exercises.Requirements
• Bachelor in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in web application solutions.
• Proven experience in data analytics and visualization using Tableau, Databricks, Sagemaker, and AWS Fargate.
• Good to have experience in Tableau, dashboard, ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations is a plus.
• Skilled in data acquisition and management with proficiency in data ingestion, storage, processing, and analysis using relational and non-relational databases and cloud-based data platforms.Preferred Skills
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools.
• Ability to design and implement data models and data architecture.
• Certification in Tableau, Databricks, Sagemaker, or AWS is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented & flexible person who can work across different areas within the team.
• Experience in cloud-based data platforms.
• An understanding of finance data is a plus.
