The Cool Store Team plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity, monitoring order fulfilment, ensuring stock accuracy, optimising storage capacity, and adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Tasks include but are not limited to: Stacking boxes of cherries on pallets Checking labels for accuracy Assisting in maintaining accurate records of shipments, including packing lists and delivery notes Ensuring a high level of hygiene and safety standards Maintaining a clean and organised Cool Store environment Leading the Cool Store team and promoting an enjoyable work culture Ensuring that delicate cherries are handled with care Noticing any labelling errors as cartons come off the conveyor so they can be quickly corrected Consolidating pallets as directed by management Assisting with labelling pallets for transport The Cool Store is very cold, around 0-1 degrees Celsius, and warm jackets, gloves, and over-pants are supplied.
