About the role: The Assistant Store Manager will have the meaningful job of supporting the day to day operations of the store delivering a compelling customer experience through a friendly and helpful team in a safe, full, clean and tidy store.
This role will focus on ensuring your team build memorable experiences and making your customers D.I.Y. projects a reality. Your store will be your pride and joy – you'll use visual merchandising to your best advantage, aligning this to store marketing plans.

You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment and will have an open communication style.
You have the ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team.
You'll need: Experience in retail management and/or management experience highly desirableAn ability to achieve results and standards by working with your teamBe approachable and confident when interacting with customersHave an eagerness to learn about new productsTo be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hoursYou'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
