There is a gap in the team at intermediate level, and a bright, driven lawyer will have the chance to shine and advance.
Our tax team advises on an extremely wide range of transactions and scenarios, ranging from M&A and corporate finance to highly specialised public sector, charitable sector and private client work, as well as tax disputes.We are looking for a lawyer with 2-5 years' experience in tax law, ideally in a law firm or transactional tax team in an accounting firm.
You'll have broad experience in all transactional tax and general tax advisory matters, including cross-border and GST.
Some public sector (local or central government) and/or charitable sector tax experience would be valuable but is not critical.
Experience with tax compliance and due diligence would also be advantageous.
You'll have excellent communication, written and analytical skills and will be self-managing and efficient, with a strong interest in building your career through business development.The role offers fantastic quality work, with loads of variety.
